Oh yeah .. went out this morning and bought a snowboard, boots and board travelbag!!!
Got the lot for 350 dollars (after tax) which is like 230 euros. A real bargain!!
I would end up spending this amount renting equipment in 4 sessions so it makes sense to get my own stuff (plus it's new and properly fitted to my size/weight) and I don't need to queue to get fitted up when I arrive at the resort.
OK, now I'm officially a snowboarder (TM) and I have everything I need... now all I need to do is learn how to do the half-pipe.
